Shawanna is lifelong Floridian from Highlands County and currently resides in Sebring. She joined the Bank as a personal banker in 2000, bringing with her over twelve years’ experience in banking, having worked as a teller, lead teller and assistant branch manager. Lory manages the Trust and Wealth division to help coordinate the diverse services provided. Her management and operations experience gives her the resources necessary to lead a team of professionals offering trust products and services with a high degree of personal attention. Prior to joining Crews Bank & Trust, James held a variety of positions including branch manager, business banker, and mortgage lender. Cristin was already a familiar figure in banking and commercial lending in Collier and Lee counties when she joined the Bank in 2016.

Kris Bilodeau was born in New Hampshire, moved to Florida 1979 and currently lives in North Venice. She graduated from Lemon Bay High School, earned her AA degree from Manatee Community College and her BA and MBA in Business Administration from St. Leo College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Alyson joined the hometown bank in 1999 as a customer service representative and worked as the branch manager in Punta Gorda before being promoted to branch operations coordinator in 2004.

Angie works with new and existing clients, serving as a point of contact, ensuring that trust and investment management is properly administered to her client’s wishes. Her responsibilities include trust administration, retirement planning, investment management, developing asset protection strategies, addressing tax and estate planning issues, and implementing plans to reach clients’ goals. Gloria graduated from DeSoto County High School and South Florida Community College. She is a licensed Florida loan officer certified through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS # ).

He started his career in banking in 1993 before moving to Florida in 1997. He can assist all customers with their consumer, residential or commercial borrowing needs. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding around to check on his families’ cows and hay fields, traveling and spending time on both the salt and freshwater of Southwest Florida. During her more than 40-year career at the bank, she has touched every aspect of the business and has been instrumental in growing and managing the branch network in the Heartland counties. Eric joined the Bank as a credit analyst in 2006, and in 2008 became a commercial loan officer.

Originally joining the Bank as a teller specialist in 2016, Gwen was quickly promoted to personal banker. In 2017, she transferred to the Englewood branch, where she held the position of retail operations manager. In this role she is responsible for the customer service management of the branch office. She is familiar with all retail, business and electronic banking products and services the bank offers and has the experience and capability to function in any branch team position if needed. Since joining Crews Bank & Trust in 2006, Gloria served in a variety of positions, including teller, back-office supervisor, marketing and business development, and loan clerk prior to her current post as a residential loan officer. Joanne earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Miami a year after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from Florida State University.

She was born in Virginia and moved to Arcadia as a child, where she graduated from DeSoto High School. She works closely with Link2Success, and often gives tours of the bank and speaks to local schools about banking. Sara joined the Bank as a teller specialist at the Murdock office in 2002 and quickly rose to the position of head teller. She cross-trained as a personal banker and helped maintain operations of the branch retail staff while managing the many facets of teller operations. Brad joined the Bank as Vice President and Commercial Banker in August 2022. Brad has a connection to the central Florida area having spent twenty-five years in the financial industry there, with two decades focusing on commercial real estate lending.
Promoted to Vice President of Commercial Lending in 2011, he served in that role until 2020, when he was once again promoted as the Director of Loan Operations. He also taught as an Adjunct Faculty at Edison State College (now known as Florida SouthWestern State College) from 2011 to 2017. She quickly moved up the ranks, being promoted to loan specialist, assistant to the president, and marketing director.
Scott is a former Rotary president who earned Paul Harris Fellow recognition from the Rotary Foundation. She filled a variety of roles, learning from each position and advancing to management positions. She started out as a teller, then began opening new customer accounts in 1995. Two years later, she moved into the bookkeeping department, concluding her three-year stint there as head bookkeeper. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations in 2005 and within four years was made a full Vice President. Today, Michelle serves as the Regional Retail Administrator for the northern region of the Crews Banking Family.

She started out as a loan secretary before moving into Retail and Business Banking and serving as Branch Manager of the former Zolfo Springs office. She returned to the Wauchula office in late 2019 as a Consumer Lender, while also continuing to serve as a Personal Banker and working with the bank’s Loan Profit Centers. Patty has recently taken a new position as a Business Relationship Banker in our Bowling Green office. Jennifer Flores is a seasoned Retail Banking Officer with a commitment to the Hardee County community. Proudly residing in Wauchula, she has been an integral part of the Bank for many years, serving in diverse roles such as teller, teller supervisor, personal banker, and branch operations manager.
